You should think of a myspace account as a funny tshirt slogan, and myspace as a pub, and the other people on it as coils of wire, pulsing slightly as they whisper the names of the dead.

You should think of a facebook account as your face, and facebook as a huge mincing machine, and the other people on it as a huge dead mass exerting their gravitional pull on you from just behind the mincing blades.

You should think of a twitter as a little plate with some kitchen roll spread out on it and dampened and each twitter account as a single spire of cress slowly rising out of it and each comment on it as some kind of cancerous growth on your stalk and your twitter feed is where your growths and some of your neighbours growths intertwine and draw you nearer even though the last thing you ever wanted to do was be near them or anyone else anywhere in the world, and especially not on this plate, on this window ledge by the back door.

Ah yeah! I've always been proud of that one. It syncs up so well at points.

I don't know if any of you are familiar with my weird mini web-series "Funny Horsie", but here's a sort of follow-up to it, "Foolish Monkey".

I started a spinoff Youtube channel for quickly done daft low-effort stuff. It is called Garbage Night, after a famous catchphrase used in that one infamous terrible horror film from the 80s. I think Vom may know the one. Anyway, here are all the videos on it so far

Andy Capp Is Not A Cockney (educational video for American comic strip readers)
a specific brand (me getting irritated with that "ha ha the man didn't know how to Cuphead" joke that everyone hammered into the ground)
Garbage Night Channel Trailer (if you don't know what film I was talking about earlier, this might explain it)
Odd Little Event (maybe kind of possibly NSFW? It's entirely in text, though, and it's more weird than anything. Written by some strange man in the 80s, I believe)
Radio Ethiopia Audio Drama Unit - Broadcast At 6PM Anime Time (vapourwave track)

In addition to this, I made an online browser game as part of a game jam. It is the first game jam I have ever done, and the game isn't great but I at least completed something. Actually it was technically the second jam I've done but with the first one I couldn't get it together and had to withdraw from it. The only condition of this jam was that it have the ludicrous American TV psychologist Dr. Phil in it. It's all faux-retro and that. I get the feeling that the jam was made entirely as a joke but I thought it would be good if someone actually made at least one game for such a stupid premise. Here's the link.

Haha, I did know the film in question, although I haven't seen it

Although I understand most of it is reused footage from the first one so I guess technically I have seen some of it

He was popular enough in America at one point that there's a brand of chipsticks there called "Andy Capp's Hot Fries", which I think are seasoned with chilli or something.

In case you missed the description, it's from textfiles.com, which is full of bizarre pre-web / early internet stuff that various people have written, some of whom were apparently maniacs. Here's the page with that story on, along with other stuff:

https://textfiles.com/fun/

I recommend the poem called "I Survived the World Series Earthquake of 1989".

Literally all I have seen of it is the "GARBAGE DAY" clip. And also another bit where the main baddie's grandfather goes mad in front of him

Multiple things which I am putting in this thread: I put out a PDF zine of four short stories on itch.io.

Striving To Marmalize My Inertia

Also, just this very moment I stuck an extremely niche sort-of-parody-sort-of-cover song on Soundcloud:

https://soundcloud.com/lemonscentedparadigm...s-burying-dopey

(I believe I may have mentioned the original band before on here)

Also my "Garbage Night" channel has had a name change, as it turns out "Garbage Night" has already been used by multiple people. So now it is "Chriddof's 2nd", with a suitable avatar

Thank you! I would have replied earlier but I was busy dying from the Norovirus. I am mostly over it now, but actually fainted for a couple of seconds on the toilet at one point in the small hours

Also I just Twittered out this little thing

QUOTE
He/she was a man and also a woman. They were very short but also quite tall. They were both fat and thin.
One day he/she walked into a room filled with angry bald men.
As soon as he/she had arrived, the bald men all grew long flowing locks.
"We have been undone by the impossible," they screamed in unison.
No matter how much they shaved, they could not get rid of the hair...

I'm just going to stick any news of my latest stuff in this thread now as I really ought not to have two threads dedicated to me. Maybe there should be none at all. Anyway:

My new band (contains 3 track download)
A sound collage made from "House On Haunted Hill" that I am thinking of putting on a cassette tape or something (early draft also uploaded to same channel)
