I think I've only seen two films and one short but they were all pretty fantastic

I've hardly seen any Laurel & Hardy but I did watch a short film where Oliver Hardy gets a crab stuck in his trousers while on top of some scaffolding and it was brilliant

The Blacksmith (1921 and also 1922)

https://accumulationofthings.com/100/20 ... 1921-1922/

Buster Keaton does it all (as long as it sort of vaguely involves metal in some way)

These films aren't 100 years old at all: The Balloonatic (1923) / The Love Nest (1923)

https://accumulationofthings.com/100/20 ... nest-1923/

The end of Buster Keaton (or at least my box set of Buster Keaton)

Also: "and had very known copy of it destroyed."

Should that be 'every known' copy?
