I didn't see it due to bring the Australian open, but Murray beating berrettini is pretty impressive

Nadal has finally snapped himself completely, I suspect. If this means Djokovic ends up with the most slams there will be absolute hell to pay.

Murray still playing at four in the morning. What the hell is wrong with the Australian open?

Every single event held in front of crowds of seventeen people in the middle of the night for vaguely enthusiastic pay per view audiences numbering in their thousands (worldwide)

I once had the pleasure of meeting Saudi Arabia at a charity event, and the country was surprisingly down to earth and VERY funny.

the bbc's tennis coverage seems to have decided to show about half the points from a pointlessly low camera at the back of the court so you can't even see past the net this year. utter shite

I've barely seen any wimbledon this year for some reason but I watched most of the second set, Vondroušová was very good

She was. It was just a bit sad that both sets Jabeur went utterly to pieces half way through

Oh bugger. :'(

Not Alcaraz's victory, but that I didn't see it, because I couldn't bear to watch Djokovic win. Congrats to Alcaraz and all those who are made of the right stuff, and saw it through to the end! Hurray!

Djokovic's lateral movement looked off - not clearly injured, but he was just slow. His only hope was to dictate play from the baseline, and work his way into the match, and he simply couldn't, because Alcaraz totally dominated from the beginning.

My brothers lent me his sky login so I can watch the tennis. It might be the most attritional match I’ve ever seen, everyone knackered and sweating and ill, drapers been throwing up all the time all over the court, now sinners broken his wrist or something
