I came 8th in the first round and 3rd in this one, which is a good trajectory. Although I'm not sure I'll even get a song in for the next round because exhausted, probably hungover tomorrow, busy on sunday. But we will see.

The way most of the competitors are "being judged" makes me think of a Franz Kafka story, only about a trial where the already-found-guilty parties must write and record songs after being woken in the dead of night, and then no one will give them useful feedback

I'm not sure why they used a clip in the wrong aspect ratio with that "retro" logo embedded in it, when the actual film is in the public domain anyway and better versions are easily accessible
