As for Chrumton prezzies... I'm majorly tempted to get myslef a M Vave FM1 for £50-£60. (A mini synth box with many free firmware options, so it can emulate all types of synths/drum machines/grooveboxes).
I don't need one, but...

Also I have a polaroid camera somewhere but the film is so expensive that I'm too afraid to ever use it.

yes. stupid polaroid films. especially as when i used to have one (or a knockoff one anyway), about 33% of the time it never actually worked and you'd wasted a whole thing printing out pure blackness
