Re: FAWM 2022
Hooray I liked that one, and one of your solo songs.
Also I commented on both of them as I reactivated my FAWM account.

re: the above - hooray!
also I did one of those exquisite corpse songs again, first time in a few years. I put quite a bit of effort into making sure my final segment followed on neatly from the previous one only to find that none of the other segments flow smoothly at all. OH WELL.

Re: FAWM 2022
'Round Robin' - good stuff!
'We're Sorry' - really digs eet, and it reminds me a tad of Salako (not John Salako!).
'Wait For Me' - Jazzytastic! Yay!
'Media Barrage' - very nice indeed, and it has some of that 80s-leftfield-artists-getting-into-using-samplers, vibe about it, which does it for me!

Thank you, that was what I was going for! I actually copied a well-known Cabaret Voltaire LP cover for the Youtube thumbnail / track image.

Re: FAWM 2022
also thats really lovely
Re: FAWM 2022
The Shivering Sea reminds me of Metronomy, so hurrah!
Exercise Bike with it's slightly glitchy vocals is jolly good, and Where You Belong is moving and contains a lovely tinkly guitar riff that I'd be happy to go on a two week holiday with!

Re: FAWM 2022
danke homfre!
Re: FAWM 2022
here's the first of several four-track tape songs. this one might be the most "me", because I'm singing on it, but also it's not that much "me" because I'm doing a low-voice rock swaggery thing
https://fawm.org/songs/134677/
it was really fun

Re: FAWM 2022
I digs that different vocal style, Vom! It really does work well. Choon, too!
Re: FAWM 2022
Cheers!
Re: FAWM 2022
here's another four-track song, I recorded my part for this one in 2019 but it has been sat in somebody else's house for three years! it's very odd. I think I'm actually on synth bass but I don't full remember

Re: FAWM 2022
and here's a song where I stealthily wrote lyrics at work earlier, offered it up to the FAWM people and now have a new song finished before I've even finished the working day!

It reminds me a bit of Black Box Recorder, thus I'm fan of choone!
