Apparently they never actually stopped advertising, and neither did Amazon. Some very suspect stuff is detailed here. Silicon Valley twats look after their own, basically

No (I had to look that up, having no knowledge whatsoever of The Clash), it's the one with the Mia Farrow avatar, who has a lot of supporters and also a lot of people who can't stand her. One of the former group started a 'where is she?' thread, which got quite exciting before being removed.

Apparently he might be in trouble with his Saudi investors, and it's rumoured that the recent Twitter poll he held asking if he should step down was a result of that. He was at the World Cup at Qatar a couple of days ago, and it was more down to a demand from them to meet him there than any interest in football. They are alleged to have stated he should step away and install a new CEO, presumably one that isn't so weird and who doesn't have the looks of a skin covered walnut with bad hair plugs.

Anyway, his reaction to the poll has been all over the place.

After some back and forth on imposing new policies, on Sunday evening, Musk posted a poll to his Twitter account asking if he should "step down as head of Twitter."

As of Monday morning, 17.5 million Twitter users had responded to the poll with 57.5% saying Musk should step down and 42.5% saying he should remain in the role.

"I will abide by the results of this poll," Musk wrote on Twitter.

However, while Elon Musk said he would "abide" by the outcome of Twitter poll, there are still many unknowns.

"As the saying goes, be careful what you wish, as you might get it," Musk later tweeted Sunday before adding he has not picked a new CEO yet.

"No one wants the job who can actually keep Twitter alive. There is no successor," Musk said.

They gave him an exit but his ego might not allow him to take it, the stupid horrible skin covered walnut bastard. To think he makes fun of the looks of trans people, when every photo of him on the internet is of him gurning in a "Hello fellow kids!" sort of way, like a throwback business casual yuppie village idiot.

Tesla shares are in free fall. I won't pretend to fully understand everything, but apparently not too long ago investors were worried about it going under $150 a share, which was some sort of "psychological barrier" or something.

Anyway, it's currently at $125-ish. And people are cancelling orders for their cars.

It's another one of Musk's half thought out schemes. He made some announcement or other about it on Twitter while drinking a fresh bottle of urine. Also you probably can't turn it off as allowing you to do so would probably break random parts of the site for all anyone knows
