Southend were supposed to play Wealdstone at Roots Hall in November, but it was called off coause either southend or wealdstone were in the fa cup or something (probably not southend). Then it was rescheduled for december (postponed due to frozen pitch), and then it was rescheduled again for tuesday (postponed due to another frozen pitch).

Then southend v wealdstone at whatever wealdstone's ground is called was supposed to be tonight and it was cancelled due to flooding
