AMS cat has been posted to a friend (who is called AMS) in California and I am waiting for it to arrive and for them to hopefully like it. Luna is my ex's mum's cat and I have just framed it for a christmas present. Elsie is my Vowl Sounds bandmate's cat and of course Rafa is mine.

Here are some more. Enid (who is a boy) belongs to my friend Marianthi. Agnes belongs to me. I am trying lots of different mediums and papers and whatnot. I am cat artist.

Wanted to try drawing Agnes in the same style as Rafa above, it's trickier because she's (nearly) all black, but think this looks pretty cute if not as close a likeness as the Rafa one

The cat thing for cats is part of what you need to have around the house to make them feel OK with their home. Cats like to clamber about and stuff so you have these little platforms and other things about the place for them

for all of the previous cat art I have done a pencil sketch first and then outlined with a fineliner, this time I just went straight in with the paint. more difficult! but quicker!!!

thank you, here's a second one. much as I like the pen and paint approach, I am definitely enjoying the way this one doesn't take fucking hours (probably helps that I bought an A5 sketchpad today also, the others were A4)
