Does anyone indulge?

I once tried one of those mindfulness/relaxation CDs, where, according to the narrator, 'I was lying on my back on the grass, with my eyes shut', but... I wouldn't do that, so I couldn't get into it, and I had similar issues throughout the rest of the CD.

What worked/works far better for me is just watching old comedies, and nerds like me talking about retro tech/computers/synths.
