Windows gone done an update, then upon logging back in, I had the latest news and weather in my Task Bar.
That lasted about a minute before I turned it orf. Not a major thing, granted, but adding 'features' to your 'experience', without asking beforehand, irks me.

I love this
"This week, the Guardian reported that what are assessed to be leaked Kremlin documents describe Donald Trump as an “impulsive, mentally unstable and unbalanced individual”. Vladimir Putin, the documents say, therefore decided to assist Trump’s rise to power in 2016 as a way to weaken America."

Idle curiosity lead to me check out when the schools are back in session, round my way, and I was genuinely annoyed to discover that its the 2nd of September!
NO WAY should it be that early - I don't think I ever went back before the 5th, which is how Mother Nature intended it 2 b.

The main thing that annoys me about OnlyFans, is when I've started typing "Only F-", as in Only Fools And Horses into Google, it defaults to OnlyFans! Grrr! That said... OnlyFans And Horses might be something I'm interested in, if it involved paying to watch Mickey Pearce rub and crush crisps into his cheeky Cockney torso.
Re: gnus
A Facebook hot take I saw today was - the energy bill price rises are caused by the Government being too focused on housing immigrants in top class hotels.
I mean... wha?

Re: gnus
Isn't that a hate crime? Suggesting that privatisation might not always be the solution?
Re: gnus
It's 'funny' how some of the turbo-capitalists who run a number of these energy companies now believe the state should intervene to save their business. Hmmm... interesting...

The modern definition of capitalism appears to be "give business owners free money" rather than any actual notion of how to organize an economy to serve the demand of its participants

15 boys were called Lucifer last year.
Lucifer is now a more popular boy's name than Barry (8), Trevor (8), Stuart (7), Gordon (7), Keith (5), Piers (4) and Nigel (0)
