Re: Games
I'm not sure why anyone would leak GTA 6 in that state
What's the point

Re: Games
The only GTA game I've ever truly enjoyed is Turbo Espirit by Durell Software.
Re: Games
I just finished Super Mario Galaxy. I am up with the times. It was good! I liked it enough to get all 120 stars and watch the "secret ending". But now I need to revert to type and play a game about grief made by three depressed people to balance the scales
Re: Games
they look... good? don't they? I'm still not sure what the point is really though
Re: Games

I've been playing Gedonia
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1114220/Gedonia/
Which is a sort of messed up one-man RPG thing, and is brilliant. I've been roleplaying a weasely man that grasses up people to the local authority whenever the opportunity arises.

Re: Games
I've been playing Tunic. It's much harder than I expected, the boss fights are brutal. Pretty good though.
Re: Games
It's the Dragon 32's 40th birthday to-day. Hurrah!
Re: Games
So my Mom flicked on shopping channel QVC, where they were flogging shoes or summat, and you know what the presenter Chloe Everton mentioned? Her playing JetPac on the ZX Spectrum! It was a real WAIT WHAT? moment! The co-presenter/stylist mentioned Pac-Man, and it was that that led onto the presenter describing/naming JetPac, and the computer she played it on. Respec' is due!

If only Acorn had got it to market on time, things might've been very different.

Lovely stuff!
I played Infocom's Hitchhiker's Guide game with my brother, and because we both knew the source material, we enjoyed it. Have to admit though, I preferred the simpler/more basic adventures like Twin Kingdom Valley, Velnor's Lair, etc.

If you don't own both a PS5 AND a VR headset, then you're not a true gamer!!!!111
Re: Games
They're only available digitally
Re: Games
I've had a bit of a think, and I reckon the telly people ought to make a reality TV series centred around making shoot em ups using SEUCK.

I'm sorry for quoting something from a week or two ago, but that's Fred Harris narrating that bit of documentary footage of Infocom!blombluss wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 12:42 pm Lovely stuff!
