I’ve never even heard of Ollie Watkins, if he is a real person and not an AI fake

Post by **dng** » Wed Jul 10, 2024 9:53 pm

he used to play for weston super mare

Post by **Pual** » Thu Jul 11, 2024 7:44 am

Pff as if “Weston-super-mare” exists

Post by **blombluss** » Thu Jul 11, 2024 1:51 pm

We were actually... pretty decent in the first half, I thought. The second half was less impressive, but the substitutions did the trick, so hurrah!

If England win the tournament, Gareth should be crowned King.

Garuy Southgates bees are vampire bees, hence their 'fonk!', 'fonk!' utterances!

Also, you can tell from my pixel image that I've never seen Gareth Southgate.

Or a wheelbarrow.

The best team won, and we helped them on their way by playing with 10 men until Kane was substituted.

It was SO sodding frustrating!

Post by **dng** » Tue Jul 16, 2024 1:53 pm

maybe they'll replace him with his identical twin graham potter

Post by **dng** » Tue Jul 16, 2024 1:54 pm

so that no one even notices he's gone

Post by **blombluss** » Tue Jul 16, 2024 1:58 pm

As for the candidates...

Howe?
Carsley?
Potter?

They might all do a decent job, but I've got a feeling that, like Southgate, they'll end up trying to fit all the 'stars' (Kane/Foden/Bellingham) into the team, form/fitness/formation suitability, be damned.

So if Eddie Howe gets the England job, will we get the continued pleasure of Jason Tindall as his assistant?
