That is a proper mental run, whilst obviously on all sorts of drugs, but now the record is under threat by an American coached by Bobby Kersee, who coached the extremely fast Florence Griffith Joyner, who quit the sport at the height of her powers when out of season drug testing was introduced. Hmm...
In short... athletics... ugh...

Re: Soccerball Therad
I think prime Steve Bull would've loved the Bundesliga.
Re: Soccerball Therad
Thinking about the unpleasant atmosphere at the Ryder Cup... do you think Turmp and his followers might try a similar approach in the Amelican World Cup matches?
Re: Soccerball Therad
isn't that just a normal football match atmosphere?
Re: Soccerball Therad
Troo, but I think Trumnp has the capacity to be like that Kuwaiti Prince who stopped the France - Kuwait match from the stands and got a goal chalked off against his country.
Actually... I think I'd enjoy watching mad stuff like that!

"Tel Aviv football derby between Hapoel and Maccabi called off after rioting
Israeli police make nine arrests, citing ‘disorderly conduct, riots, injured police officers’ and infrastructure damage"
There's a certain dark humour in this, if you're the West Midlands Police Commissioner!

They are. Also Maldon are on the tv again soon (fa cup, might only be on bt. As is Chelmsford versus Braintree). Essex football is clearly the best
Re: Soccerball Therad
I expect its all the shrimp you eat in Essex that is behind your increasingly strong grip on football's neck.

this sending off's just incredible (second booking is at 2:16, but the first booking was even more not even a foul let alone a booking than that one is)

Re: Soccerball Therad
^^^^ That is disgraceful!
Re: Soccerball Therad
Aston Villa lost earlier to a team with a name you'd expect to find in a b-grade Roy of the Rovers strip (Go Ahead Eagles). I hope Villa lose their next matches to Everpool and Barnes United.
