Post by **blombluss** » Mon Mar 22, 2021 12:17 am

What is he saying, do you reckon, when the gravity abnormality strikes?

I'd plump for: "Woooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Post by **dng** » Mon Mar 22, 2021 12:22 am

Post by **blombluss** » Mon Mar 22, 2021 12:28 am

I wonder if any of those funeral/cremation/life insurance companies that advertise on the telly, would be interested in using that gif?

"When your time comes, and you're unceremoniously scraped off Earth's 'table', why not leave some money behind for your nearest and dearest?"

Clock Rockets

(time not to scale)

Post by **dng** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 3:55 pm

i like the reflection of the clock rocket scenario in the subspace field, above the fold, beyond the boundaries of the known universe

Also here is an experiment in using a mirror for animation (mirrormation?)

it is called Bounce

Post by **dng** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 5:44 pm

i like the way the reflection of my thumb looks like its actually the tip of my finger

Post by **vom** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 6:13 pm

Ooh that is clever

Post by **dng** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 6:18 pm

i woke up at 4 in the morning dreaming of it but then forgot till just now to try it

Post by **dng** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 6:20 pm

a sequel (bounce 2)

Post by **dng** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 6:21 pm

The Waking Cry

No one could tell whether it was a yawn or a scream. Nor did anyone dare ask

Post by **dng** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 6:39 pm

And now i've run out of ideas

Post by **dng** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 6:39 pm

mirrormation is dead

Post by **vom** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 6:44 pm

It had a good run

Post by **dng** » Tue Mar 23, 2021 6:47 pm

i might spend the rest of the night animating that mirror mouth singing to a toby vok song, while listening to southend lose again on the radio and intermittently wishing i was dead

Surely mirrormation should end in a Robert Maxwell-stylee?

Also, these are really clever! *mirrored thumbs up*

Any sequel should be set in a half-built Spanish hotel in 1973, and star Terry Scott, Joan Sims, Deryck Guyler, and Wendy Richard.

Don't feel bad - you need to recharge sometimes, otherwise body and mind will crumble, and you'll turn into a YouTuber pumping out quality 'content' on a daily basis.
