If all this was a show of might, then it most certainly didn't work. UEFA had already tinkered around again with the Champions League to the benefit of the so-called big teams, and now these big teams have shown beyond all doubt to EVERYONE that they cannot be trusted in any way, shape or form. That wouldn't matter too much to them if they could bully their way to get exactly what they want, but not even these mega clubs working together can defeat UEFA/FIFA/FAs/governments/fans/other clubs.
