Soccerball Therad
Re: Soccerball Therad
I hope somehow he gets them and Everton relegated at the same time
Re: Soccerball Therad
And then football just ends, forever
Re: Soccerball Therad
Having achieved everything it ever possibly could
Re: Soccerball Therad
What top class manager would want to take the Chelsea job now? It's as perilous as the Real Madrid job, but without the cachet.
Re: Soccerball Therad
GET ROONEY IN!

Re: Soccerball Therad
But only if I have to
Re: Soccerball Therad
Like jury duty, or putting the bins out
Re: Soccerball Therad

but with a 100000 million poun payoff
Re: Soccerball Therad
I don't think they even bother with the chalice at spurs any more
Re: Soccerball Therad
Pure poison poured down the throat and forced into the facial orifices of every living creature that enters or ventures anywhere near the stadium

Ryan Reynolds gave a rather classy interview after Wrexham beat Notts County.
I hate Ryan Reynolds because I want to be him.

Re: Soccerball Therad
Forest Green got relegated in the end. This was somehow their first relegation from any league since the 1950sblombluss wrote: Sat Jan 28, 2023 2:59 am I've only just clocked that Duncan Ferguson (!) is manager of Forest Green Rovers (!), and the club have just signed Robbie Savage's son (!) on loan from Man Utd.
The game's gone.![]()
Re: Soccerball Therad
Which is kind of amazing
Re: Soccerball Therad
They came up about ten leagues in the 90s/2000s, I think
Re: Soccerball Therad
Indeed it is. That'd make a good quiz question, that.
Re: Soccerball Therad
Wrexham used to be a ghost town before they bought the football. Now it is unbearably busy whenever they come to watch a game. I have to go to Wrexham tomorrow and it's the last game of the season or something. There are going to be tourists!blombluss wrote: Tue Apr 11, 2023 1:58 pm Ryan Reynolds gave a rather classy interview after Wrexham beat Notts County.

Re: Soccerball Therad
Dress up as Deadpool, and you will be crowned King of Wrecsam.
Re: Soccerball Therad
Well done Wrexham and bad luck Notts County.
Re: Soccerball Therad
I didn't dress as deadpool, but Wrexham was incredibly busy. I mean, that's great if people were buying things from the shops. Appaz that 2 guys plus paul rudd were out drinking in the pubs. I was there quite early so no drinkers were out and about, but they are quite big names. Good for wrexham. They went up too.
Re: Soccerball Therad
I’m sure that Paul Rudd and Ryan Reynolds is the same person anyway
Re: Soccerball Therad
5 nil up after 20 minutes?!? Christ!
Re: Soccerball Therad
Go home Wolves, you're drunk.
Re: Soccerball Therad
let's see if Southampton can match that today
Re: Soccerball Therad
Football is saved - Big Sam is back!
Re: Soccerball Therad
leeds are going to win the league
Re: Soccerball Therad
still somehow a better decision than anything southampton have done this season
Re: Soccerball Therad
I can't recall getting this far into the season with no teams being relegated, as of yet.
Re: Soccerball Therad
Southampton are definitely going down though. It's just not mathematically confirmed yet
Re: Soccerball Therad
the other two relegation places are a little more interesting
Re: Soccerball Therad

Re: Soccerball Therad
theft is fine as long as management do it
Re: Soccerball Therad
Well it sure seems that way.
Re: Soccerball Therad
Well done Wolves. From bottom o' the league at Chrintuss to 40 points - that'll do for us.
Re: Soccerball Therad
West Ham are one match away from some sort of European football final?
Why wasn't I informed about this?
Re: Soccerball Therad
because its too horrifying to contemplate
Re: Soccerball Therad
Man City's title victories are beginning to have a rather soulless PSG-win-Ligue-1-again vibe to them, aren't they?
