On our roof we’ve got solar panels that heat our water. When it gets too hot it stops pumping the water up there so you don’t just get steam burning your face off in the shower, but whatever’s still up there then keeps getting hotter and hotter forever (about 3pm, when the suns moved round enough not to shine so directly on them).

Anyway, the water still up there is currently 160 degrees Celsius, apparently

I don't think even Crete was that hot when i was there. 35 maybe. But it was too hot to be outside during the day. I recommend siestas.

Today I have mostly been asleep. This is also the plan for tomorrow and Tuesday. I will then awaken on Wednesday, (hopefully) fully recovered and also at a normal temperature again. The only disruption to this plan is that someone is coming to fix the toilet (busted flush) tomorrow at midday.

The person at work who rescheduled a meeting from last Thursday to Tuesday afternoon can go whistle.

Today I existed, as there was nothing else I could do

At some point at night the clouds came, there was a bit of rain and an actual cool breeze could be felt. My mum said "Hallejuah".
